What kind of support do you provide?

Our support team gives you access to expert WordPress advice and troubleshooting. For example, if you have issues with a plugin or theme and just have questions on the best resolution, we will provide guidance on how to fix the issue. If you’re not sure how to use a feature of your site, we can walk you through figuring it out. If it’s an easy fix, we’ll just do it for you, and if not, we can provide a quote for additional development hours (if they aren’t already included in your plan).

Am I locked into a contract if I sign up? (Refunds)

No way!  You are free to come and go as you please. We don’t believe in locking you into any long-term contracts. When you purchase a monthly pre-paid membership, you have 15 days to cancel for a full refund.  We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand the importance of flexibility and freedom to make the best decisions for your business.

Do you provide hosting?

Yes, we provide WordPress hosting. We also provide maintenance, support, backups, security, and updates for your WordPress site.  If you already have your own hosting, we can help you pick and/or migrate to a new host, and we work closely with the host of your site to resolve any technical issues that involve their assistance.

Can I sign up if I don’t have a WordPress site?

At this time, we exclusively serve WordPress-based sites. If you’re not on WordPress yet, be sure to save our contact information for once you finally get on the WordPress bandwagon. We’d love to help you out!

Can you migrate my site for me?

Sure! Migration is a piece of cake! If you’re interested in site migration you can always contact us for more information.

Does it matter where my site is hosted?

We work with most hosting providers. If for some reason there is an issue, we’ll work directly with your host to ensure we can provide our service through them.

Do you provide online payment processing?

Absolutely.  We can setup your website to accept payments from your customers.  We work with our payment processing partners to offer you the lowest merchant fees, guaranteed.


Maintaining websites is tedious and technical so we gladly provide this service to ensure your site is up and running efficiently at all times.  The Internet can be a dangerous place, so staying on top of the latest updates and security warnings is a job for a professional. Yes, we offer professional SEO services that help websites increase their organic search score drastically in order to compete for the highest rankings — even when it comes to highly competitive keywords.


Yes, we offer referral discounts for any of our customers. Each friend you refer who pays for a maintenance plan entitles you to 3 months free on your plan (up to $500 value).

Does it matter which webhost I use?

We definitely recommend working with a quality web host, but we’ll be happy to work with whoever you’ve chosen. If you’re looking for a quality hosting provider, we can make some recommendations based on our your needs, and our experience and testing. Do you give any discounts if I want you to manage more than one site?

Yes! We give bulk discounts. Contact us for details. We also work with agencies, as well as plugin and theme shops to provide site management for their clients, and support for their products.

Can I change my plan after signup?

Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time by contacting us.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. After signup, cards are auto-charged each month on a recurring basis until you decide to cancel or upgrade your plan.

What if I don’t need monthly support?

Currently the only services we offer outside of our monthly website maintenance plans are code reviews, SEO audits, web design, and site migrations. If one of those services is what you’re looking for, feel free to get in touch. If you’re looking for some other service, the best course is to sign up for a monthly plan, and submit your official request so we can provide an estimate.

How many support requests can I submit each month?

You can ask us as many questions as you’d like, and if your request is covered by your site management plan, then we’ll take care of it right away. There’s no limit to the number of tasks we perform as long as it’s covered by your monthly plan. Sometimes we’ll refer you to an article, or just send you a quick answer of our own for times when you have a question. If your support request isn’t covered by your plan, we’re happy to give you an estimate for completing the work you need done, or can quickly upgrade you to a higher plan. In short, send us a note whenever you think we can make your life easier.
